Certain items are too large or to heavy for UPS ground therefore will ship by motor freight. Occasionally CABIN FEVER offers FREE SHIPPING on purchases over a total dollar amount, or a particular category on our website. This offer pertains to UPS Ground Shipments within the continental US only. Orders shipped outside of the continental US will be subject to shipping charges that will be calculated based on destination and the customer will be notified of such charges before shipping. Some items because of size and weight ship by motor freight only, and do not qualify for FREE SHIPPING promotions. Customers will be notified of these charges before shipping. Items which carry a Shipping Surcharge will have surcharges applied in all cases. Should you have any questions, please contact us.

In-stock items are normally shipped within 24 to 48 hours by UPS or USPS, and should arrive within 3 to 5 business days. Products shipped directly from our suppliers may take longer. Out of stock items will usually ship in 2 to 4 weeks.
Motor Freight Deliveries
Standard motor freight is used for larger or heavier items.
These items may require additional handling costs that you will
be notified about when we process your order. The motor carrier
will contact you. prior to delivery.
This is a curb side delivery
and you will be required to unload the merchandise and move
it into your home and any assembly that may be required.
NOTE:
If you are not home when the delivery is attempted, you
will incur a re-delivery charge. Please make sure someone is at the
delivery destination to receive the order.

When you Receive Your Merchandise
Please inspect your order when it arrives. Note any damage
on the motor freight co. paperwork and call Cabin Fever
at 828.295.0520 as soon as possible or no later than 3 days to report
any damages.
Freight Damage
Your products are insured against freight damage. If freight
damage has been determined, we will either arrange to have
the merchandise repaired to factory new conditions or replaced
at no cost to you as long as you have reported these damages
to us within 3 days.
Return Policy
If you wish to return an item, you must first contact Cabin Fever
at 828-295-0520 for return instructions.
Items must be returned within
30 days of purchase in resalable condition and in the same packaging
as received.
Please be sure to insure the merchandise as any damage
that may occur in
shipping
is the responsibility of the buyer until
received by Cabin Fever.
NOTE:
Special order items, Custom Items, Holiday and Sale/Clearance
items are NOT returnable.
